Golf Fitness Workshop

Throughout the 4 week workshop we work in small groups which allows for personalized guidance.
Starting with a comprehensive golf assessment we get to see where your areas of weakness are and design a program that you can work on at home and in our group setting.
There are 5 group classes that help you learn exercises to take away with you.
Areas that we work on include:
} Hip, trunk, ankle mobility
} Your internal GPS, bringing more awareness to your core.
} Balance: can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds?
} Myofascial stretching. Learn deep stretches that are designed to reduce the risk of injury on and off the golf course.
} Reducing back pain: how can you minimize stress on the lower back.
} Spinal mobility: Keep rotating with ease and get extra yardage.
This workshop is designed for golfers who are serious about improving their game.
Maximum participants per group is 5.
