“Samantha tailored a personal training course for me 3 times/week. With her help, I improved my posture dramatically- no more slouching at my desk- by tailoring a package that focused on core workouts. Not only did I improve my posture but I noticed more muscle tone in my midsection – which was nice for summer season.

“The first sessions of the boot camp were really tough, but good fun, and I do remember feeling challenged during the first few days, however, very quickly you feel a significant improvement.
The exercises Sam provided us with varied from session to session keeping it interesting and an hour under her guidance disappeared much faster than it would have left to my own devices in the gym. She is very encouraging during the sessions to make you work harder for yourself and was also good in providing advice on how to adjust your life outside of the training sessions to maximize benefits.
We were doing 3 sessions a week and after 3 weeks, actually began to miss training on the days we did not have boot camp. It provides excellent value for money and I would certainly recommend these sessions to others”

“Since starting with Samantha’s 5 week boot camp, I have lost weight but more importantly I have gained core strength and stamina. My body is toned and I feel great.
Waking up at 6 am in the morning sometimes feels like a chore, but after my session in the gym I am totally motivated for the day ahead. My boss and colleagues have also noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and the amount of caffeine I’m drinking (now only two cups a day).
