I used to lead a fast paced, jet setting lifestyle always on the look out for the best party. However, my health challenges were always holding me back in one aspect of my life or another.

In 2000, I graduated from University (Health Sciences) and started personal training and teaching group fitness. I was soon following mainstream health and fitness guidelines but nothing was improving; I was still fat, fatigued and depressed.

In 2005, I continued my education and became a certified Exercise Coach through the CHEK institute. Soon after, I was teaching high intensity group exercise, lifting heavy weights, eating energy bars like they were going out of fashion and still partying. Needless to say, I was still fat, fatigued and depressed.

It wasn’t until 2006 that I took the wonderful Holistic Lifestyle Coach program in San Francisco (CHEK Institute) with instructor Dr Dan Kalish that my health and career made a pivotal change.

I was recruited as a health coach and corrective exercise specialist for a senior member of the Saudi royal family and worked as part of their intimate team of health advisors.

I also continued to work with Dr Dan Kalish as a patient and we dealt with underlying parasites, dysbiosis, candidiasis, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue and an imbalance in my neurotransmitters. Finally, I found out why I was fat, fatigued and depressed!

I was blown away with the work we did and saw immediate results with the natural protocols.

Today, I am a practicing Functional Medicine Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I am in the process of finishing my thesis (A Holistic Approach to preventing depression) and will soon have my MSc. Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University.

It’s been an amazing journey so far, I am blessed to have had such a rewarding life and at times frustrating health issues but it is these challenges that have given me the strength to heal and now I am fortunate to be able to help thousands of other women who know that something isn’t quite right with their health despite following mainstream health advice.

I am now on a quest to share the amazing and powerful health coaching for other wonderful women who deserve to find their greatest health and happiness yet.
